Afterglow Yoga is so amazing! Lorena is probably my favorite instructor of all time. Very personable, kind, and a positive influence. Not only does she help in my yoga practice, but also to better myself in my daily life. Her studio is just as beautiful as she is! So clean, amazing windows and lighting.
